Paul Heigham / Managing Director / Start date: May 2008
Co-founder, financial whizz and technology expert, Paul is the leading light of Bellingham IT, responsible for the strategic direction of the business. Paul has always been interested in both IT and business from a very young age. Since setting up as a one-man band, he has seen Bellingham IT grow into the thriving company it is today.
Paul is accountable for the general direction and growth of the business, with his insistence on a customer-first approach to everything we do. Paul is a real team player and inspires those around him with a truly ferocious work ethic. On the rare occasions when he’s not at the office, Paul enjoys cycling and walking in the Dales and Lake District. He also likes attending and supporting his local rugby team, Wakefield Trinity.
Fun Fact - Paul has met Bez and Shaun Rider from the Happy Mondays, as well as Andrew Johns and Brad Fittler at the Bermuda Rugby Classic. Paul has also represented Wakefield Harriers and Yorkshire County at Athletics from the ages of 13 to 18.
Paul Lockwood / Operations Manager / Start date: October 2018
With over 13 years spent in the IT sector, Paul is passionate about technology and the way in which it can be leveraged to drive efficiency. Vital for his role as Operations Manager, Paul also enjoys mentoring others and facilitating their growth as individuals. Paul joined Bellingham with years of customer service and management experience. Within his role, he is responsible for conducting plans and implementing schedules to ensure deadlines are met and the business maintains a high-quality standard of product production and delivery.
In Paul’s spare time, he enjoys building arcade machines (from tabletop size to full-sized arcades!) His latest project is building a full-size virtual pinball machine. He also enjoys playing pool and snooker and taking part in quizzes and card/board games. Most of all, he loves spending time with his little boy Christopher!
Fun facts - Paul has been collecting retro video games and consoles since the 1990’s! It’ starting to take over the house somewhat so he is currently renovating his garage to house it all!

Max Elvin / Infrastructure technician apprentice / Start Date: October 2020
Max is our youngest employee at Bellingham IT. His previous job role was in digital marketing. He started this role after finishing his final year at school,however, he felt this wasn’t the career path he wanted to go down and he always knew working within the IT sector was something he was more suited too. Since starting his apprenticeship he has not looked back.
Max is responsible for incoming calls and logging all tickets appropriately. He also provides support to internal and external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology to do their own jobs, by using tools to problem solve and trouble shoot non routine problems. Max is currently working towards his Level 3 Customer Service technician qualification.
In his free time, Max likes to spend time with his friends and family and enjoys going to the gym.
Fun Fact - Max has a black belt in taekwondo.

Hannah Barker / Marketing Executive / Start date: November 2020
After graduating with a BA hours degree in Business and Brand management and arriving at Bellingham IT with a small amount of IT knowledge, Hannah has grown to appreciate the excitement of data protection and Windows updates.
Hannah is responsible for developing and overseeing marketing campaigns to promote products and services, as well as creating awareness of the brand through different marketing platforms. Hannah’s role involves communicating with our target audiences and building and customer relationships.
Hannah enjoys going to music festivals, travelling and spending HOURS in a shopping centre.
Fun Fact - Represented West Yorkshire Satellite Netball team from the age of 17-19 and is the Granddaughter of Ken Rollin, a former professional rugby league player and local legend who scored one of the fastest-ever tries in a rugby league cup final at Wembley in 1960.
