We wish to announce some changes that are being made to our company.

The events over the past 24 months have had a dramatic impact on many businesses including Bellingham IT, causing us to implement extreme changes. These events include the outbreak of COVID-19, BREXIT, the invasion of Ukraine, and the increase in raw material costs.

The combination of these events has seen our costs increase and our revenues fall as businesses have become more cost-focused and only spending where necessary. From this, I have had to re-evaluate our business and implement a plan to manage the impacts this has had on our business.

 

To improve the delivery of our services and support, we are delighted to announce a brand-new partnership with Contedia, bespoke computer support, and service company. This will ensure Bellingham IT’s customers will receive an excellent level of customer service and IT support, guaranteeing our businesses have access to a responsive and experienced team of systems and network engineers.

For the foreseeable future, calls made to Bellingham IT for systems and network support will be routed directly to Contedia's team based in Pontefract, West Yorkshire. Contedia is keen to provide as much help and assistance as possible to Bellingham's customers, whilst Paul and the rest of the Bellingham IT team will remain on hand and available for additional day-to-day sales and service requests.
